This Privacy Policy explains how Rewell ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Rewell mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
01 Information We Collect
We aim to collect only what is needed to provide and improve the App.
- Account information: if you create an account, we may collect your name and email address.
- Usage data: how you interact with the App, such as sessions completed, goals set, and features used.
- Device information: basic technical data such as device model, OS version, and app version, used for stability and support.
- Health and fitness data (Apple Health): with your explicit permission, the App reads activity data such as steps, sleep, and exercise from Apple Health to display your wellness progress.
02 How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the App's features.
- To personalize your experience, such as reminders and progress tracking.
- To improve the App's performance, stability, and content.
- To respond to your support requests.
03 Health Data (HealthKit)
Rewell uses Apple HealthKit only after you grant permission. Health data accessed through HealthKit is used solely to display your steps, sleep, and activity within the App. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising or marketing, and do not share it with third parties. You can revoke access at any time in iOS Settings > Health > Data Access & Devices.
04 Notifications
If you enable reminders, the App may send local or push notifications. You can disable them at any time in your device settings.
05 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data only with service providers that help us operate the App (such as hosting or analytics), and only as necessary to perform those services. Health data from Apple Health is never shared.
06 Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
07 Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
08 Children's Privacy
Rewell is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us so we can remove it.
09 Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us below.
10 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may also be communicated within the App.
