01 Use of the App
Rewell grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial wellness purposes, in accordance with these Terms and applicable app store rules.
02 Health Disclaimer
Rewell is designed to support general wellbeing and is provided for informational and self-care purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or mental health advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions about a medical or mental health condition. If you are experiencing a crisis, contact your local emergency services.
03 Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems, or using it in any unlawful way.
04 Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and software in the App are owned by Rewell or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
05 Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services such as Apple Health. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
06 Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
07 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rewell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
08 Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
